I have a proven track record for building art departments from scratch, establishing external pipelines for 100+ artists, and delivering high-fidelity visuals across diverse art styles under tight technical and budgetary constraints.

I came up through the ranks of my early career as an environment artist and tech artist, but most of my career has been in Art Director and Studio Art Director roles.  There was also a short stint as a Senior Art Producer where I got to apply my production-oriented mindset on the front lines of production for a live title.
